Shipping and Returns/Exchange
Shipping
Shipping within Nigeria takes about 3-7 working days and 10-20 working days for pre-orders such as shoes, clothing, bags, etc. The same goes for international orders. Orders placed after 6 pm WAT will be processed the following business day. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to over 220 countries via FedEx. A tracking number will be sent to you to track your order. All orders shipped outside Nigeria may be subject to additional shipping charges based on your country's end on tariff, tax, and customs duty. Kidoclassic Mall has nothing to do with or is not associated with these fees. At the checkout page, select your country, and the shipping fee is calculated based on your location. If you have additional questions or require more information, please contact your local customs office.
Processing Times and Delivery
Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday only except on national holidays. It takes about 3-7 business days for ordered items to be delivered. Except for preorders, etc. takes about 7-20 business days to be delivered.
Returns
Kidoclassic Mall wants you to be happy with your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your order based on our return policy, we will accept your return/exchange within the specified return time frame on our return policy. All returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached, and unworn. Please email kidoclassicmall@gmail.com with your return request if eligible. The customer or returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any return packages not received. Any return request after the required return date from our return policy requirement will result in no exchange as all sales are final. Items purchased during promos are the final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Also, all exchange(s) will be issued in the same form as the original payment. That means you will choose another product equivalent to the same amount of the originally purchased product.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Return policy
Return policy
We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange for international customers. However, if you live in Lagos, Nigeria, you have a 48-hour return/exchange policy and a 4-day return/exchange policy outside Lagos (other states in Nigeria).
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like preordered items (clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry, etc.), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) whatsoever. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items on promotions, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We have a no-refund policy. All sales are final. We can only do an exchange (only if you qualify based on our return policy) will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically asked to pick another item of your choice based on your original payment amount that was received. This process usually takes about 10 business days to fulfill. Please remember it can take some time for us to process and post the exchange too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at kidoclassicmall@gmail.com. Also, customers are responsible for shipping and tax or duties placed by their country.
